Cancellation and Refund Policy

Kiix believes  in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  1. ​ Clients are expected to pay 50% of the quoted price in advance.

  2. Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the work has already begun. 

  3. Kiix does not accept cancellation requests. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the product delivered does not fulfill what was promised or lacks any feature that was promised in the quotation.

  4. In case of complaints regarding the quality of work done, clients can write to support@kiix.in

  5. In case of any Refunds approved by Kiix, it’ll take 1-2 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
